When the team was first approached to design the Erith Marketing Suite, an open mind was embraced by all as to what the marketing suite could become.
With the strong link to greenery and contemporary design within the overall development, the interior style quickly followed suit. By using textures such as moss and brushed gold, the otherwise simple form of the suite was transformed.
Splitting the suite across two floors allowed the space to have defined zones for both sales and discovery. The ground floor exudes a sophisticated zone to relax in while making reservations or simply having a coffee, whereas the first floor takes on higher ceilings to make the most of the view across the site. The views and seating area teamed with the model give the customer a fuller understanding of the wider development without the suite feeling like an office.
