The brief was to dress and furnish an existing apartment block at the development. The sales teams were operating from another marketing suite approximately half a mile away from the new site, and as each phase sold Countryside’s sales presence needed to be updated.
We carefully considered the customer journey in this space, directing potential buyers through the suite and into the show apartment. The brief was for a young, urban space with vibrant colours to reflect the regeneration of Canning Town.
In a small 3 week turnaround, we fully furnished and dressed the 2-storey sales space. Our design included the installation of the glass partition that gave some sound proofing and privacy to the sales staff.
We also included two graphic walls, these provided the rooms with a focal point, as well as a point of reference for purchasers. Upstairs the London skyline graphic was dotted with notable landmarks so potential buyers could understand the local area. Downstairs the feature wall included a raised logo graphic, which reinforced the branding in the sales space.
