The brief was to take the existing marketing space but to inject a new lease of life. We decided to tackle the layout of the interior first, ensuring the customer journey for the visitors was at the forefront of our design.
The relocation of the large interactive table enabled the space to better aid the sales assistants with explaining the development and surrounding area. Introducing a video wall allowed a natural draw to the discovery area, captivating the visitors as soon as they enter the suite.
Teaming up simple colour ways and 3D wall finishes gave the large expanse of space a more homely feeling. Nearly all of the bespoke furniture was cleverly re-used and updated, keeping in mind the sustainability of the entire project.
A large light feature, spanning from the entrance to the mid wall added interest and gave a solution to breaking up the seemingly never-ending white ceiling. It also allowed the styling of the interior to take on a contemporary feel, without becoming too modernised.
