The brief from Notting Hill Sales was to design and fit out a young and distinct marketing suite in an existing retail space at the new development in South West London.
The selection of private sale and shared ownership properties are located in the heart of the fashionable London Borough of Lambeth, and our marketing suite had to reflect the eclectic mix of potential buyers.
Through extensive planning and discussion with the client, we reached a suitable general arrangement and began work on site with the aim of completing the project in 20-weeks. This would include the installation of all furniture, graphics, technology, lighting and flooring.
With the target market for the 330 Clapham Road development being a combination of young professionals and young families, we opted for an open plan space with a contemporary design finish, that incorporated 3D print technology to appeal to this tech-savvy generation.
The space was planned with the customer in mind, we created a specific and structured journey through the sales environment, catering to the customer’s needs through key touchpoints that showcased vital development information.
By empowering the customer with information and local knowledge you can increase the likelihood of an off-plan sale. With this in mind and in keeping with the local area, we displayed the information in a non-traditional, modern way. Our designers chose linear picture rails, in a prime location to exhibit lifestyle photography and graphics, and a wooden peg feature wall to display Farrow & Ball colour options.
Deon-Nadine Butler, Marketing Manager at Notting Hill Housing Group, says: “This sales space was our first project with Navigation and I am extremely impressed with the superb finished project. Navigation’s consistency from the original pitch, through the design stage to the finished product was truly impressive. I would recommend them having enjoyed a close and efficient working relationship throughout, and look forward to more collaboration in future projects.”
